What is Family 75?

75 days. Every member of your family. Growing together in body, mind, and spirit.

Most family devotionals work for one age group. Most workout programs are built for one person. Most meal plans don't consider a picky six-year-old and a teenager who lifts. Family 75 was built for the whole family — actually the whole family.

One daily teaching with a section for every age — 5 & under, 6–10, 11–15, and 16+. Everyone gets the same truth at their level. Nobody is left out and nobody is bored.

Custom workouts built for every family member — scaled by age, fitness level, and any injuries. The 5-year-old does modified movements. The teenager pushes hard. You all work out together at the same time.

Personalized meal plans generated for every person at the table — their weight, their goals, their allergies. One plan. Everyone fed. No guessing.

Evening walk questions written for every night of the 75 days — designed to produce the conversations your family needs to have but never quite gets to. On a walk. Together. No phones.

Everything inside

One price. The complete program.

📖
All-Ages Daily Devotional
One teaching per day — but written in four levels: Ages 5 & under, 6–10, 11–15, and 16+. Every person at the table gets the same truth in language built for them. Nobody sits out. Nobody zones out.
💪
Custom Family Workouts
Every family member enters their age, fitness level, goals, and injuries. The AI builds a personalized 75-day program for each person — and then generates today's workout with side-by-side modifications so everyone trains together.
🥗
Personalized Meal Plans
Enter each family member's weight, goals, and dietary needs. Get a whole-food meal plan built specifically for your family — with individual serving sizes for every person. One dinner. Everyone fed right.
🌙
Evening Walk Questions
Every night after dinner — a family walk with a purpose. Conversation starters written for five categories: Hearing God, High/Low/Hard Thing, Looking Outward, Heart & Mind, and Fun & Imagination. The conversations your family needs.
11-Week Bible Story Arcs
One Scripture arc per week, tied to the theme — from Identity through Community. Discussion questions for every age. 10 minutes per day of the Bible together. Everyone contributes.
Weekly Sabbath Ceremony
Every 7th day: candle lighting, High/Low/God Moment, and the weekly blessing — a chosen family member receives a spoken blessing from everyone at the table. One of the most powerful things this family will ever do.
📜
Day 1 Family Covenant
A signable covenant your whole family reads aloud and commits to together on Day 1. Date it, post it, return to it on Day 75. The beginning of something real.
🕊
Day 75 Sending Ceremony
Eight movements. Children bless the marriage. Parents bless each child by name. The whole family speaks the sending statement together. Then the feast. A moment this family will carry forever.
Daily Commitment Checklist
Six daily commitments — quiet time, workout, Bible discussion, whole-food meal, evening walk, water. Track them together. This is the standard that makes the 75 days actually mean something.

🌍
Families Called to Serve
Family 75 ends with your family being commissioned outward. The last week is Community. The last ceremony is a sending. You don't finish Family 75 — you launch from it.

From families in the field

What it does to a family.

We have tried every devotional and curriculum out there. Nothing has actually changed our family. Family 75 changed our family. The Sabbath blessing ceremony alone was worth everything.
Early Adopter Family · Middle Tennessee
My kids are 4, 9, and 14. I didn't think any program could reach all three of them at the same time. The age breakdowns are not gimmicks — they actually work. My 4-year-old quotes the teachings now.
Mom · Tennessee
The evening walks changed us more than anything else. We've had conversations on those walks that we never would have had sitting around a table. Some of them I will remember for the rest of my life.

HEARING GOD
The most important conversation a family can have.
  • 01
What has God been talking to you about today — or this week? It doesn't have to be dramatic. What's He been saying?Littles can answer: "I think God likes ___."
  • 02
Was there a moment today — in a song, a conversation, something you read — where you sensed God close?
  • 03
Is there something God has been nudging you toward that you've been avoiding? What's making you hesitate?
  • 04
What verse or truth from this week's reading won't leave you alone? Why is it sticking?
  • 05
If God could say one thing to our family right now — just one — what do you think it would be?
  • 06
What do you feel like God is asking you to trust Him with right now — something that's hard to hold loosely?
  • 07
How has Family 75 changed the way you see God or hear from Him? Be specific — not just "I feel closer."
  • 08
What is one thing God has been teaching you about yourself that you didn't know before this challenge?

LOOKING OUTWARD
Questions that orient your family toward others, community, generosity, and mission.
  • 18
If you had unlimited money and could only spend it on other people or building things for other people — what would you build or give?No right answer. Dream big. Littles go first.
  • 19
Who do you know right now who is going through something hard? What's one specific thing our family could do for them before Sunday?
  • 20
Is there a person God might be putting on your heart to love better? Who is it?
  • 21
If our family disappeared from our neighborhood tomorrow, would anyone notice? What would they miss?Honest answer only. Let it shape what you do next week.

CEREMONIES

The rituals that make Family 75 a story your family tells for the rest of their lives.

DAY 1 · FAMILY 75
The Family Covenant
Signed before God and one another on the first day
"As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Joshua 24:15

A covenant is not a contract. Contracts are broken when terms become inconvenient. A covenant is a bond held by something greater than our own resolve. We are signing this because we believe God is in this with us — not as a spectator, but as the One who initiated the invitation.

THE 7 COMMITMENTS
1
We will read together, every day.One daily teaching per day — every family member at their age level. Not skimming. Actually reading and discussing.
2
We will move together, every day.Morning workout before school — together. Evening family walk after dinner — at the pace of the youngest, no phones.
3
We will eat together, every day.Whole food, cooked together, at a table with no devices. A child leads grace. The table is sacred.
4
We will open the Word together, every day.Ten minutes of family Bible story discussion. Every person contributes. We read Scripture as a living conversation, not a ritual.
5
We will each meet God alone, every day.Fifteen minutes of personal quiet time — before the day begins. We will not outsource our relationship with God to each other.
6
We will celebrate every Sabbath.Every seventh day: rest, feast, bless one another, and tell the story of where we saw God. Sabbath is a gift, not a day off.
7
We will finish together. If one stumbles, we reset — together. This is not a competition. This is a family. No one finishes alone.
OUR FAMILY'S WHY
WE SIGN THIS BEFORE GOD
On this day, we make this covenant. The date goes here. The names go here. The intention is real.
